Was it just me or didn't they crash on alcatraz? I'm pretty sure that they were in the Hydra station. Also, best line was definitely Hurley asking the nurse if He was actually talking to a man in a wheelchair.
They definitely crashed on Hydra Island. You can see Caesar flicking through a folder with the Hydra logo on it when Locke comes to talk to him at the end, and you can see Locke looking across to the main island at the beginning.
Yep, Hydra Island. We've never really seen the interior of the Hydra, thus explaining the unfamiliarity of the office.
