Episode 36 - The Man Behind the Curtain

Our final Thursday Episode before the beginning of Season 4 of Lost. This was a really fun episode to do. For some reason, Amanda and I a very giddy during this mostly sad Lost episode inwhich we learn a lot about Ben, and some pretty amazing things about the Island. We probably could have done an entire podcast about some of the scenes in this episode. We also came up with an episode of Lost that must someday come to pass, "The Total Animal Flashback Episode." Cause darnit, I want to see those polar bears swimming to the main island, and I KNOW we all want to see what Vincent does when we don't see him.

Please vote in both our Polls, and do tell us what you think we should do for our Finale Episode. Should we start at 9:00 EST, or start when TTLG ends on TV at 11:00 EST. We discuss this at the end of the show, and Amanda changes my mind(cause she know's A LOT more about this stuff than me, and we all know she's definetly smarter). But we need to know what y'all think.

DL the episode HERE.

btw, if, you have not gotten this episode in your normal "The Lost Flashbacks" feed off of iTunes tell us imediatly. There has been some issues with it in the past couple weeks.

I also want to do a shout out to Roger Workman(not Roger Linus) who was there the whole show and had some great lines in the chat. We hope he calls in someday.

You guys have so many podcasts in the last few weeks I'm trying to catch up!

I think you guys should start your TTLG podcasts AFTER the two hour thingy on wednesday! it would just be really fun and you would have more insight if you guys watch the special enhanced version!

I was really curious about the pop-up edition of TTLG. I'm just afraid that it will be things that we already know, and therefore a waste x.x

lol yehah, I bet we could come up with cooler insight on our own. :)

i think you should have the podcast at the same time. we've already seen the episode a bunch of times (real lost fans have anyways ....lol )so it would be interesting to go along as we watch. the only thing is my vote probably shouldn't count because I'm usually only in the chat room for the first hour.

anyway, i wanted to thank you both for getting me through this hiatus. listening to you two every week and going over the episodes in detail has been great and i looked forward to every one of your podcasts. my family have long since stopped talking to me about LOST, they think I'm crazy talking about a show that has been off the air for 9 months. so thank you again!!

btw, Ben has to be my favorite other. he is amazing, scary, creepy, funny, conniving, you can hate him or feel bad for him(a little)and not to mention being played by the fantastic Michael Emerson...in the words of Amanda....give that man an Emmy right now. :)

even though people will throw things at me, Juliet is my favorite Other. She's actually my favorite character. I just love seeing the difference between her mousey "pre island" self and her bad ass "im on the island" self.

AND, I was happy when it turned out she wasn't as evil as she could be. i don't think shes "good" but she's not evil
